Relu Spatial Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information we process through Relu Spatial and related interactions with our team, including account creation, login, project management, file uploads, preview and publishing flows, waitlist submissions, support requests, and bug reports.

We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

• account information such as your first name, last name, email address, and password when you sign up;
• profile information such as avatar images and account details returned by a sign-in provider you choose to use, including Google sign-in;
• project information such as project names, slugs, scene data, uploaded assets, screenshots, avatar files, and other content you create, import, or publish through the platform;
• communications you send us, including support requests, bug reports, complaint submissions, feature requests, and any screenshots or attachments you include; and
• waitlist or early-access information you submit through signup and interest forms; and
• payment and billing details processed through our third-party payment providers if and when you subscribe to a paid plan. We do not store raw card numbers directly — payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors subject to their own privacy policies.

When you use Relu Spatial, we and our infrastructure providers may automatically collect technical and usage information such as:

• IP address, browser type, operating system, device details, approximate location derived from network data, and request metadata;
• pages viewed, navigation paths, timestamps, referrers, and basic interaction data needed to operate and secure the service;
• session and authentication data, including secure cookies used to keep you signed in; and
• limited browser-stored data such as route history or user preferences saved in session storage or local storage to improve product behavior and continuity during your session.

If you choose to sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, we may receive basic profile information associated with that account, such as your name, email address, and profile image, subject to the permissions you grant and the provider's own policies.

We use information we collect to:

• create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and maintain sessions;
• host, process, deliver, and secure projects, uploaded assets, preview links, avatars, and published experiences;
• respond to support requests, bug reports, complaints, and other communications;
• personalize and improve the service, diagnose issues, and understand how product features are being used;
• send service-related notices, product updates, and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of;
• prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and misuse; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Relu Spatial uses cookies and similar browser technologies to support authentication, preserve session state, and help the site function correctly. We may also store limited information in local storage or session storage to remember settings or maintain in-session navigation context.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the service may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We may share information with vendors that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, authentication, cloud storage, email, security, and support providers.
• Public or invited viewers. If you publish, preview, or otherwise share a project or experience, the content you choose to make accessible may be visible to invited users or anyone with the relevant link or public entry point.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or enforce our agreements.
• Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may use and share aggregated or de-identified information where permitted by law.

Files you upload to Relu Spatial, including project assets, screenshots, and avatar files, may be stored using our cloud storage infrastructure so we can deliver and manage your projects.

If you publish or share an experience, anyone you authorize or anyone who receives the public link may be able to view the associated content. You are responsible for the information you choose to publish, embed, or share through the platform.

Relu Spatial may integrate with third-party services, including sign-in providers, infrastructure providers, embedded media providers, cloud storage providers, and AI services you connect through your own credentials or API keys.

When you use third-party features, their own terms and privacy policies may also apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services we do not control.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, host your projects and assets, respond to requests, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Some information may remain in backups or logs for a reasonable period after deletion. Browser-stored information such as local storage or session storage may remain on your device until cleared by you or your browser.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a data security incident that we reasonably believe has materially affected your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law, which may include email notice to the address associated with your account.

Relu Spatial may be operated using infrastructure, service providers, and support resources in multiple countries. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• request deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions;
• object to or request restriction of certain processing activities; and
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. We may still send you transactional or service-related communications.

Relu Spatial is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided us personal information inappropriately, contact us and we will review the request.

The service may include links to third-party websites, videos, tools, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and provide additional notice through the service or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of Relu Spatial after the updated policy takes effect means you accept the revised policy.

Relu Interactives is incorporated in Ghana. Our data practices are governed primarily by the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana, which establishes data subject rights, controller obligations, and processing principles that we are committed to upholding.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. You may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or applicable national law, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal bases for processing your personal data include contractual necessity (to provide the service you requested), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where we have obtained it.

If you are a California resident. You may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
